When Will My Order Ship?

How long does it take fo r my order to Arrive?

  • After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. 
  • All standard orders of in-stock items will be processed within 1-3 business days. 
  • For domestic shipments (USA), please allow an estimated 3-6 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. 
  • For international shipments, it takes approximately 14-18 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department. 
  • Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information to be able to track your order. *Please note delivery times do not include, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

  • We do not include pricing on our invoices, so it's easy to gift by shipping. You can also include a note at checkout.

Can I track my shipment?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Returns Policy

Daisy Delani & Co. Returns Policy

  • We know that not every purchase will fit & returns are sometimes needed. Therefore, we offer no hassle returns on items that meet our return policy guidelines ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. 
  •  All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date. Worn, altered or washed merchandise is not acceptable for return. All items being returned must be in the original condition, and all tags must be attached. Only full price items are available for return or exchange. 
  •  Preordered items may be exchanged within 7 days of the original ship date but cannot be returned. 
  •  Discounted or sale merchandise, and custom ordered items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned or exchanged- NO EXCEPTIONS! 
  •  Canceled orders will have a $10.00 restocking fee deducted from the refund, or store credit will be issued in the full amount.
  •  Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer.
  •  Packages that are returned to us as non-deliverable, incorrect address, or return to sender at no fault of Daisy Delani & Co., will be sent an invoice for new shipping costs. No refunds will be given on these orders and new postage must be purchased in order for the package to be shipped out.


  • We accept exchanges up to 10 days after receiving your order. All items must be in unused/unwashed condition. 
  • Include a note in the package with your order number and what you are exchanging for. Once it is returned to our facility and is found to be in new condition, we will then replace your product. 

Are returns free?

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. *Please note Daisy Delani & Co. is not responsible for transit delays or damages. DUE TO COVID-19 THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! 

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of delivery.
